FROM TERRORISTS TO PEACE WARRIORS: Mentoring Poso Islamic Jihadists Using The Heart, Hand, and Head Approach

This article is the result of author’s qualitative research on Poso terrorist prisoner community for six months in prison and one year outside with Heart, Hand Head approach. The objectives are: First, to change mindset jihadist from terrorists peace warriors. Second, formulate concept mentoring Hand, main questions this were focused on: 1). How profile pattern approach ex-jihadist Poso?, 2). What activities did former jihadists do as Peace Warriors ?. To answer problem, methods used: Phenomenological Descriptive, Bloom’s Taxonomy Social Pedagogic Learning Method; 3). Mentoring Guide Center Health Leadership & Practice Public Institute Oakland.
